There has been a remix contest for "Built for this" by Method Man, Freddie Gibbs and Streetlife which is now over. Audio Infunktion and Billain (aka Bootlegend) have been kinda late for the contest but both of them have done a remix for this track. Both of them very good and very different. Crookers - Don't Be Sad mix
Crookers were one of my favourite producers those 4 years ago and i was mad about their music. They made some amazing tunes in the last couple of years but as you've probably heard - they split. Phra is gonna continue performing as Crookers while Bot is going in a new direction. Phra has put together a "Don't be sad mix" which contains some new tracks by Crookers which is supposed to be out soon. Check this mix out below, tracklist is after the jump. Enjoy

4 years old
Mooreeya is 4 years old today. It's gone by so fast, actually feels like 4 months.
A lot has changed during the course of these 4 years. The blog (along with 620 posts) has been deleted and that was the main reason I kinda lost interest in posting and why the blog isn't updated as often as it should be.
When i started this blog there wasn't so many people in Sarajevo who were into this 130ish bpm garage/bass heavy/electro/housey stuff. There was a lot of people who didn't know much about it but now they're into this kinda stuff. I'm not saying that i'm responsible for it but i know that this blog has influenced some people and changed their perspective on things, music-wise.
Drum and bass, jungle, breaks and hiphop were much more represented and the people who were there are still rocking that shit (massive respect to all of you).
There was no blogs or websites covering electronic music from Sarajevo (or Bosnia as far as i know, correct me if i'm wrong) and right now there are couple of those and that is a good thing. That is showing that even though Sarajevo is not heaven for EDM it has got a few enthusiasts who throw parties and spread the word through radio shows, websites, parties etc. (bigups to all of them).
I was just trying to say that this blog has changed, it changed me, it changed my perspective on music, hopefully changed peoples musical preferences and has spread some word about good music. I'm proud of this blog even though it's not updated frequently and i'm probably gonna continue working on it.
Bigups to all of you who've been supporting this and bigups to those who never did, cheers.

Dj Vadim live mix from ItisonFM 10years anniversary Sarajevo
Dj Vadim was playing in Sarajevo on may 26th for the 10th anniversary of Itison FM radio show (Bigups to Audio Infunktion). The party was fucking amazing and was the one to remember . Too bad for you if you were in Sarajevo and you've missed it. The atmosphere was great and the music was awesome. There was a lot of different music played by Dj Vadim from reggae and jungle to hip hop, breaks, dubstep and everything in between. Here's the recording of the live show from that night. Enjoy
Champion - Crystal Meth/Speed
Latest release by Champion has come out couple of days ago on Butterz label. He might be best known for making Uk Funky but this one is a bit quicker in tempo and a lot grimier. Big release by Champion and my favourite Butterz release since that Swindle and Silkie EP. Listen to the previews of both tracks and check out the video for Crystal Meth below. Out of these 2 my favourite would be Speed actually (talking about tunes of course). Enjoy.

Melé x Kano – Beamer
Melé is getting better and better when it comes to his production. The track that's created a lot hype lately is his track "Beamer" which features Kano. Track is supported by anyone and everyone in the game and it's another contender for the tune of the year. It's gonna be released on Sindens label Grizzly on august 13th. The video for the track has emerged just today so have a look and have a listen. Enjoy.
Dismantle - The Warp EP
Dismantle has got the newest EP coming out on july 15th. 19 year old dude from Brighton has gained a lot of support from people like Skream, Benga, Annie Mac, Shy FX and many more. His newest release "The Warp" is coming out on Shy Fx' imprint Digital Soundboy. It's a four track EP which doesn't necessarily have to fit into dubstep category but he's merged garage, house and dubstep all together. You put it into whatever category you like but you can't overlook his talent and quality of this release. My favourites off this EP are definitely Dots and Witch. Stream the EP below and be sure to check out his minimix for Annie Mac which contains 64 tracks in only 6 minutes.

A Skitzo / Dj Ahmaad new tracks
Familiar face right here - A Skitzo (Dj Ahmaad) has got some new(ish) tracks up on his soundcloud. All the tracks are 4x4 house tunes and you can hear that he's constantly improving his production skills. All of them sound good and i bet he's got more goodies cooking up in his kitchen. Out of these 4 tunes my favourites are L... In Me and the latest track Lucid Dreams. I feel stupid whenever i need to write something about some of the guys from Sarajevo because i'm subjective so i will let the music do the talking. George Fitzgerald - Child EP
George Fitzgerald released his newest EP on june 11th. It's another dope EP with 4 original new tracks by the man. Beautiful house music with yet another summer banger in form of "Child" which is my favourite track off this EP. 3 other tracks are equally amazing and would fit perfectly in a lounge as good as in the club and on the floors. Justin Martin - Ghettos & Gardens
Dirtybird Records has always been one of my favourite labels, ever since Who's afraid of Detroit? by Claude Von Stroke came out. Justin Martin has always been there along with other artists and their music was always great and much fun. After many years on the scene Justin Martin has finally released his first album some time last week.
There were 2 releases (Don't Go and Ghettos and Gardens) that came out before the album and both were amazing with Hood Rich track definitely being one of my favourite tunes of this year.
The album is great and one can definitely say that Justin really has found his own sound. It's still house music but there's a lot of heavy bass sounds and you can hear that he's been influenced by dnb a lot.
I can't point out a single track from this album, you should really listen to the whole album and try to pick your favourite. I already said that Hood Rich is my fav but truth is - the whole album is pure gold. One of the tracks that will be interesting to dnb heads is JM remix of Goldies well-known track Kemistry which is another bass heavy monster. Anyways, Listen to the previews of the album below and hit those links for purchasing because this one is golden and perfect for the summer. Enjoy

Is this thing on ?
What is this shit? Is this on? Is this working? No posts for 6 months?
That was not cool at all I know. I've been lazy, I haven't been motivated to post anything here. I didn't think that there was much people who cared. Well, there are some haters here and there but there are some cool people who do actually care.
I've been critisized a lot by some people (bigups!) for neglecting the blog so I will continue with it.
I'm gonna continue for the same reason I started it - posting music i like and sharing it with people, promoting artists, labels, events etc. I can't promise that the blog is going to be updated daily or couple of times a day but i'm gonna post the stuff I like whenever i feel like it. There may be even some new things on the blog but i'm not saying anything right now, you will be updated.
There has been a lot of amazing music in the past 6 months and i'm sorry i didn't share it and i'm not gonna post it right now. There will be more new music and more posts soon so watch this space.
If you like what you're seeing spread the news, tell a friend to tell a friend and keep this blog bookmarked. Cheers
