Reso - Half Life / Billain Remix + Boogie

Billain's got his latest remix coming out on march 11th. It's done for Reso and it's out on Civil Music as part of Reso - Tangram remix EP  along with other remixes by Koan Sound, Om Unit and Doshy. It's Billains take on dubstep, it's heavy and it's quality. Listen to it below and preorder it here.
There's more news about Billain which i'm even more hyped about and it's his own release coming out on march 25th.  Blockfield / Boogie is gonna be released on Bad Taste recordings, preorder it here. "Blockfield is Packing in carefully honed Neuro-Bass, twisted, distorted sounds and adrenaline fueled drums throughout, Blockfield is a worthy successor to Batbots".
The flipside is Boogie and it's probably my favourite Billains track so far. I went mad when i first heard it some time ago. Ravey neurofunk madness with elements of disco and boogie. Listen to that madness below and be prepared for even more amazing music by Billain. Enjoy

Diplo - 3hour Halloween mixtape

This weeks edition of Diplo and Friends show on BBC 1Xtra was a halloween special with a guest - System D182. Long mix containing anything and everything and it's got that scary halloween feel to it. Melé x Kano – Beamer

Melé is getting better and better when it comes to his production. The track that's created a lot hype lately is his track "Beamer" which features Kano. Track is supported by anyone and everyone in the game and it's another contender for the tune of the year. It's gonna be released on Sindens label Grizzly on august 13th. The video for the track has emerged just today so have a look and have a listen. Enjoy.

Dismantle - The Warp EP

Dismantle has got the newest EP coming out on july 15th. 19 year old dude from Brighton has gained a lot of  support from people like Skream, Benga, Annie Mac, Shy FX and many more. His newest release "The Warp" is coming out on Shy Fx' imprint Digital Soundboy. It's a four track EP which doesn't necessarily  have to fit into dubstep category but he's merged garage, house and dubstep all together. You put it into whatever category you like but you can't overlook his talent and quality of this release. My favourites off this EP are definitely Dots and Witch. SBTRKT Essential mix

Streak of amazing essential mixes continues. Latest essential mix has been done by SBTRKT weeks ago but it has been aired on friday. Melé - Visions Tour Mix

Adult Swim and Scion AV have released a compilation of "rare and unreleased" music. It contains 18 tracks by the likes of Ikonika, Sbtrkt, Zomby, Kode9, Burial and others. It's all bass heavy music and they gave it all away for free. Check their site to listen all of the tracks and watch interviews with Pinch and Actress. Summer

Summer's been long and i've been enjoying myself a lot. The blog has suffered but i know that many of people will be happy that i'm back and that blog will be updated with new stuff. There's a couple of new things that i'm preparing for the blog and there are some posts waiting to be published.
First things first... I need to write something about music that's been in my headphones this summer. Of course there's been everything and anything but i'm gonna write about newish music (this year). Mix that's been played over and over again during  summer was Jamie xx mix (strangely obsessed with his music) for Benji B from february this year, SBTRKT album which is actually one of the best albums this year. Wiley's album has also been on the playlist alongside Jackmaster and Goldies Fabric mixes and many tracks and mixes by the likes of Canblaster, Sam Tiba, Bambounou, Foamo, AC Slater, Marble Players, Boddika, Joy O, Myd, Dark Sky, Bok Bok, Girl Unit, Roska and many many more.
